5 Ways to Brighten your Classroom

As a teacher, I want the students who come into my classroom to be excited to be there!  I want things to sparkle. I want to have large screens flashing with exciting content. I want a five-piece orchestra playing classical music in the background. However, my checking account would disagree with my daydreaming.

A quick way to brighten your classroom is using colored tape. The brightly colored tape can be used on any surface and can be removed with very little trouble. If you have not heard of Washi tape, just do a Pinterest search for it and have your crafty heart stolen.

Yes, what is old is new again.  Milk crates are a great way to add shelving, mini chairs, and mini work tables to your classroom.  The plastic can easily be spray painted to match your existing class room colors.
